FRANK’S TRUE BREW RETURNS & REFUND POLICY
In the unlikely event that you are dissatisfied with any of Frank’s True Brew coffees because of quality issues, you can contact us via email at Inquiries@frankstruebrew.com.au and we will be happy to organise a refund or replacement for you, after discussion of the issues. In such a situation, we may require the product be sent back to us as soon as possible, with original packaging, as intact as possible at your expense. If the coffee is found to be tainted or unfit for consumption through our production processes then, Frank’s True Brew will either refund your initial purchase cost or at our discretion, send you a fresh batch of our coffee (of the same size) with free postage.
